July 2009 - Facilitas win Havebury Housing Partnership contract
Facilitas is pleased to announce a new contract with Havebury Housing Partnership. The three year contract for reactive roofing repairs across Havebury's housing stock, based in Suffolk, extends our existing customer base in the social housing sector as well as adding further depth to our operational base in the East of England.
June 2009 - Facilitas are awarded Holiday Inn contract through John Sisk
Facilitas TES, have been awarded a £4M contract by John Sisk and Son to design and build all Mechanical and Electrical aspects for a 174 bedroom Holiday Inn with leisure facilities at Winnersh Triangle.
April 2009 - Facilitas win 3 year contract with SOHA
Building on our success with the Vale Housing Association, Facilitas has been awarded the bathroom refurbishment contract with SOHA (South Oxfordshire Housing Association) to replace 5 bathrooms per week for their housing stock. The extensive experience of Facilitas' designated team and their complete understanding of the requirements and standard that are needed set us apart from other contractors.
